    SPREEWAY group fit

    Our program uses a progressive 3-block training model (Power • Strength • Conditioning) designed to help women of all fitness levels build lean muscle, improve endurance, and feel confident in their bodies.

    Our weekly schedule is structured to give you a balanced, full-body approach whether you train 2 days a week or all 3.
